No speed increase

So I upgraded to fibre extra and had an email to say switch over on 19th April, has someone forgotten me as no speed increaseat all. I should be seeing 54 minimum

What are you switching from / to?

Exisintg PLusnet standard fibre to fibre extra, new router delivered and sorted, email said switch over would be 19th
