Hello,
There was a fault on my phoneline. Plusnet booked an engineer to come to my property on the 14th of october, the engineer never showed up. I raised this with I think Aron on the phone and he said he would credit my account with 26.80 for a failed engineer appointment.
I have not recieved any credit on my account. Could someone please look into this for me?

I don't think that these credits appear on your online account, but are shown on your next bill?
