Not received my Router Yet?

HI All

I am moving from BT to Plusnet Full Fibre and my switchover date is less than a week away and I have not received the router yet. Is this normal?

@nellymcl The Hubs are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked24 to arrive 2/3 days before your switch. You will receive a text/email with tracking information when yours leaves the warehouse.

In an emergency you can use your exising BT equipment before you send it back. Instructions on how to set it up are on hte Router forum.
