Not received my prepaid card

It’s been nearly 3 weeks since my broadband connected and I’ve not received an email about my £110 prepaid card reward for signing up. Please can someone get in contact with me about what I need to do? 

Having to sign up and use a community forum to try and get a response is pretty terrible. I’ve exhausted every other avenue, with no success!

Hey @thoma86,

I am sorry to hear you have not received your reward card, there is currently an open incident with our systems sending out these reward cards and our team are working on it and we aim for it to be resolved ASAP
