Not received new hub 2

I re-contracted on 17/04/2023 but I have still not received the hub 2.

I phoned about two weeks ago and was told it would be sent.

Have you been charged anything yet for the Hub 2?

I think that existing customers, (you stated that you re-contracted), requesting a new Hub2 are charged for the postage and packing?

Just phoned again and was told it had been noted but not actioned.

Had an email to confirm, so I have just got to wait a few days for it to arrive.
