Order Update

Hi, Ordered Broadband and phone Tuesday 4th October, I was under the impression I would be switched by now. As stated, phone line would be live in 2-3 working days and broadband 5-7. However when tracking order nothing has changed from checking line since last week. Could I please get an update? Thanks.

I'm really sorry for the delay to the orders. Having had a look over the account this afternoon, I can see that our Provisioning Team is monitoring the progress of the Landline orders and they are currently estimated to complete on the 24th of October. If this changes at all our Provisioning Team will be in touch to let you know. Hi, I have received my Hub and old supplier now cut off. Still no line activation or broadband. Now 21 days since order. Dont understand why it should take this long.

Hi @Lindadowson47,

I'm really sorry that your service with us hasn't activated yet. 

From what I can see the engineering work at the exchange to complete the switch didn't happen yesterday as there was a lack of engineer availability, due to many engineers going on strike. 

We're keeping a close eye on your order and we'll make sure the work's done as soon as possible. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
