I'm really sorry for the delay to the orders. Having had a look over the account this afternoon, I can see that our Provisioning Team is monitoring the progress of the Landline orders and they are currently estimated to complete on the 24th of October. Hi @Lindadowson47,
I'm really sorry that your service with us hasn't activated yet.
From what I can see the engineering work at the exchange to complete the switch didn't happen yesterday as there was a lack of engineer availability, due to many engineers going on strike.
We're keeping a close eye on your order and we'll make sure the work's done as soon as possible.
