I ordered my broadband on the 20th August and have had about three emails telling me it's delayed. When I first placed the order, I was told it needed redoing and it took nearly an hour on the phone to sort that.
I'm supposed to be going live tomorrow (6th) but the latest email says it's delayed again and I'll find out more on Friday (9th).
Tried to call today (5th), was on hold for 29 minutes before they cut me off. No email address that I can find and the online chat just points you to the FAQs.
Can someone tell me what the delay is and why this whole experience has been so awkward? I work from home and rely on the internet for that, yet I don't seem to be any closer to getting connected and I should have been tomorrow.

Still nothing from Plusnet apart from another email saying it's still delayed and I should get another update in a few days.
I'm at the point we're I think cancelling and going elsewhere would be quicker. I can't get through to anyone on the phone though, 30 mins of hold music seems to be the maximum you can wait for before it cuts you off
