Order delayed, no updated activation date

Order delayed from 30/8. No follow up/explanation or revised date given.

And trying to get through via ringing to plusnet is infuriating (spent 4/5 separate times on hold for an hour or more) shocking service!

Other than over the phone, what is the method of cancelling the order ? (unless it is due to finalise today/tomorrow) that is what I will likely do. 

Any help appreciated.

Thank you for your help.

 

A couple of hours after your post my phone line was active, then a further hour my broadband was activated and messages sent my mobile of these updates. 

 

All seems well with the connections, thank you again
