I had a text saying my order is delayed, no details on my account and the phone number is taking so long to answer. I am at work so can't stay on indefinitely. Can anyone please let me know how to find out how long it is delayed

Just to add to this topic. I have seen a previous mention of the same problem. I am not moving house. I am just transferring from BT to plusnet. I cant see why there would be a delay

hi, our order was delayed from the 1st too. i rung plusnet and they were very polite on the phone but open reach and bt were on strike so there were delays. ours is on now

As an update, I have spoken with customer service. The automated system had not put the order through. It has now been sorted
