Pillar Post Pillar Post

I'm wondering what the record is for being passed around CSC? I've now had the 'input' from

[CSAs Removed]. Switching is easy - sit back and relax. Been 'on-hold' for over a month - perhaps now the upfront payment I made for my first month has expired it might raise some flags. I live in hope while the other part of the group merrily fleeces me for being out of contract; nice business model Wink

The initial payment does not expire. Your next payment point will be one month after the service is commissioned.

What service have you ordered - FTTC over an existing copper circuit or FTTP over a yet to be installed new fibre circuit?

BT workers have been on strike and caused utter disruption to many service users, especially FTTP installations.

You might gain insight to what has been happening by looking at the ticket history on your account using the PN tickets link below.
