Previous supplier still billing me

Can anyone help . I am still being billed by my previous supplier (Talktalk) who tell me that they cannot cancel my account with them because there is still an inflight order in place and it’s an issue with Plusnet. Plusnet say it’s Talktalk’s issue . I am getting nowhere . My service is definitely with plusnet now .I am losing the will to live 🤦🏻 as I can’t seem to get a resolve despite phone calls : emails/ letters . Any ideas who I can contact ?

What type of broadband did you have with TalkTalk, (ADSL, FTTC or FTTP)?

Are you getting the same type of broadband from Plusnet?

Hi there , Thankyou for the response, I’m pretty sure it was ADSL , basic anyway , no fibre in my location and I believe it is the same with plusnet . Open reach did the changeover back in January so definitely only plusnet supplying but it would seem that there was an admin error perhaps .
