If the cabinet is full and the current connection is FTTC the user needs to get a straightforward service takeover. That might require a different process.
If it’s ADSL then there needs to be a free VDSL port in the cabinet.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
