I think everyone is having same. I deffo am and looking on here it's a constant thing. Why offer it, if not gonna send them out!!! It's absolutely disgusting and a dirty sales pitch!! I've contracted them and got told 30days so i sent them a screen shot of there site saying 10days from going live! Got a sorry email we will get back in 5 working days that was friday and still nothing! I moved over and and now have no confidence in my now broadband provider. I'm currently seeking a provider to buy me out my contract..

Thank you for your recent messages. I am terribly sorry for the delays in issuing the applicable reward cards, there has been a widespread issue meaning the data has not been processed correctly nevertheless please be assured the team in question are working tirelessley to ensure this rectified as soon as possible.

 

@Dan82 I can see your case is already been dealt with, as for @Priesty98 I have forwarded your details to the back office team so we can establish the status, we will be in contact once we receive an update.
