When is the router sent out for an upgrade install ? I currently have Hub 0ne for FTTC connection. Openreach are due on 7th May.

Generally speaking it's a couple of days beforehand. When it's dispatched you'll get an e-mail with a tracking number.
In the short term you can use the Hub1 - it has a red WAN port available.
