Router hasn't arrived and engineer is due tomorrow morning

My activation date was originally for the 7th, then changed to the 9th once an issue was resolved with my order, then to the 11th for my convenience (confirmed and arranged by the very helpful @Tina11192 ).

 

 

An engineer is due to come tomorrow morning (have had confirmation from an email from OpenReach).

However, I have not received my router and I'm concerned that the engineer won't be able to do their work without it. 

 

My dashboard shows the following. Can someone please help me?

@gabyclaire I suggest you call Plusnet - if they are 'still working on your order' an engineer should not have been booked.

Thanks for taking my call this afternoon @gabyclaire as discussed, the router is on its way and I will follow it up with you tomorrow between 13.00 and 14.00.
