Hello. I've seen others with this issue but my router was dispatched on 21st September and has not yet arrived. I've been using a borrowed router to get connected but would appreciate the proper Plusnet one.
Any help would be most grateful

Hi Lee,
Sorry about that.
Not sure what happened because it looks like a hub was shipped.
I've arranged for a replacement to be sent. Will arrive on Saturday with a bit of luck, otherwise early next week.
