@KellyGrant Welcome to the forum.
Which hub do you have at the moment? If it’s a 2704n (Hub Zero ) then it definitely hasn’t been updated as they won’t work on fibre.

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about that. It looks like the router was added to the account, but the "send" button hadn't been pressed. It'#s a good job your current Plusnet Hub one is compatible.
I've also checked out the speeds, and can't see any issues at all, with the line syncing at 78.1 Mbps. Are you running your test over a wired or wireless connection?
