Router not received

Hi I upgraded our broadband with you at the end of last month and also order the new Hub2 router but this has not arrived and I can’t find any tracking info to say it’s been dispatched. Also since we upgraded we are now experiencing slower internet speeds then before? Please can I get an update when our new router will be with us and also if our new Fiber line has now been fully set up as if so we seem to have an issue with the promised speeds.

@KellyGrant  Welcome to the forum.

Which hub do you have at the moment? If it’s a 2704n (Hub Zero )  then it definitely hasn’t been updated as they won’t work on fibre.

Hey @KellyGrant

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about that. It looks like the router was added to the account, but the "send" button hadn't been pressed. It'#s a good job your current Plusnet Hub one is compatible. Smiley

I've also checked out the speeds, and can't see any issues at all, with the line syncing at 78.1 Mbps. Are you running your test over a wired or wireless connection?
