Signed up 2 hours ago but no welcome email

Hi All,

I've signed up for Plusnet Fibre 500 for my house I'm moving into in 2 weeks time and paid my first months payment, but did not recieve any kind of order confirmation or receipt? I also can't sign in using the details I entered to track my order.

I got my pre-contract paperwork sent through but nothing else since, is this normal?

I got 4 emails the day I signed up, the precontract first and then the activation date last, some 5 hours after.

The other two including the welcome came in-between.

Ah It would seem something is wrong then as I only have the pre-contract one. Hoping someone from Plusnet pops in to confirm my order is ok.

No problem. The others I got were a direct debit confirmation and a welcome to Plusnet.

Phoned through, they confirmed something wasn't quite right but it's all sorted now.
