Hey @medjber,
I am very sorry to hear that the SIM cards not arrived just yet. It can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive from the date it's dispatched, however deliveries may take a little longer at the moment due to current strike actions and the upcoming festive season. Please may I ask when the transfer completed and whether or not the SIM card's arrived in the time since you made this post the other day?

The SIM card has not arrived and I have been disconnected from my mobile provider since then. It is not right that disconnection is arranged prior to receiving the new SIM card .
Regards

We have reports of routers shipped via an assured 24 hour tracked service to have been stuck in a Royal Mail sorting office for over 10 days. There is no reason to not suspect that the delivery of SIMS (from all suppliers) are similarly blighted by militant union strike action.

Send a Personal Message
Support staff might ask for private information to be sent via a Personal Message (PM) which new users might not know how to do. Further to that, new users might not have sufficient ranking (Just Browsing, Interested and Newbie) to send PMs:-
- Have made 5 or more posts
- Have logged in (and out) at least twice and made 3 posts
Having attained the (Hooked) ranking a PM is sent as follows:-
- Click on the staff member's name in the left panel
- Click on SEND PRIVATE MESSAGE on the right
Note that PMs sent to one staff member are visible to all staff members to provide support continuity across working rosters.

That's where being able to go into a shop and get a replacement SIM
When I had a problem with my back up phone I went into the Three shop I was given a new SIM which sorted the problem all in an hour and it was free
It's a pity PN does have spare SIM's at the BT/EE shops but that would be too easy
Many corner shops/newsagents also sell SIM's for many companies for about 0.99p
