Still waiting…

Is it common to wait a few weeks to set up the broadband?

No further update since the first confirmation email. 
So funny.

@Nicky5798 Welcome to the forums. How far have you got - what 'confirmation email' and do you have a router?

Thanks for your post @Nicky5798 and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm really sorry for the delay. I can see your order actually completed on the 30th July, but we hadn't automatically ordered your router or activated your account. I'm sending your router now we'll put in the post and get to you as soon as we can.

Can you post back once you've received it? We'll then activate your account for you so you can use your broadband.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
