Stopped internet because I signed up for upgrade

I have recently signed up and awaiting upgrade of package to full fibre but my internet has stopped working since the 26th August!!! And no one is helping me?Huh

Box is flashing yellow and i am paying for internet I do not have!! If I knew this was happening I wouldn’t have upgraded!!! Please help!!! I’ve texted and logged calls and keep getting told case closed as awaiting my upgrade! But I need internet now.

@roisincurran85 I'm so sorry that your internet has been off for this length of time! 

 

I can see we've been investigating this in your account and there is an engineer booked for the installation of the Full Fibre for the 18th September between 8am and 1pm. I'll come back in to your account on the afternoon of the 18th to check on the engineer for you.
