Transfer

Hi, I'm transferring from another broadband provider and today at exactly 12am my old broadband stopped working. I've received a text this morning informing that my line was activated but still I have no broadband. My line was supposed to start working today. When I connect the router I have a blue light for about 1 minute but then It goes back to orange. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

@Allex It can take up to midnight of your activation day for all the systems to align - come back tomorrow if it is still not working.
