Waiting for Broadband to work

Hi, been with Plusnet for two years broadband and mobile and never had problem before.
However told them on the 23/08 that I will be moving home on the 1/09 an still no internet!!
All I get told when I ring up or get an email is that it is problem is with Openreach and it's been elevated to the appropriate team.
Getting fed up now any ideas?
