Why is upgrade taking so long

Literally had it with plusnet. Upgrade was delayed. Router was late. And after loosing a days work as no wifi at all, I’m still waiting. And guess what, customer service is closed.

I'm really sorry for the issues you've had. I can see we've arranged an engineer to visit you tomorrow and we've also added a bit of goodwill credit on your account in recognition of the problems.

Let me know how the engineer visit goes tomorrow.
