You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress

Have the above error message on my account. I can see from other posts that this is an error due to services remaining in pending on your account and never being set live or deleted.
Please can someone fix this on my account as I need to cancel my phone plan.

It looks like there are a few call features in a pending state that haven't been activated.
I've placed an order to activate these and the error should go away within a few hours.
Let me know if there are any further issues afterwards.
