delay in my order

i just signed up  for plusnet then got a text saying my order is been delayed  supposed to have engineer  out on the 17 to put a new line  in no idea how to find out why  and i cannot ring plusnet cos cannot hear on the phone

Can't help with the order delay but if you look through the Help pages when logged into your PlusNet members account there is a from you can fill out for additional support due to your hearing problems.

 

A staff member will pick thie thread up in due course.

I've checked on your order and can see we've got that placed today and the activation is due to take place on the 17th.
