ot able to contact customer care

Team, I was told the broadband service will start , and I have received the router, however still waiting for further information.

@vgaurav117 Welcome to the forums. You 'were told the broadband service will start' -when? Have you received a confirmed activation date?

Thats the information i am looking for,
I was told I will get a call this week to confirm the date, however not got any calls.

Can't find anything.
Only says "order being processed. See below for next steps".
No steps mentioned.

OK. I would suggest in that case you give them a call on 0800 0132632. They are open (I think) up to 8PM tonight or from 0900 tomorrow.

Thanks.. trying from morning.. only getting music for 35 to 40 minutes.. no response.
Tried thrice.. can't do this whole day. 😪

Sorry about that - but they are short-staffed and over-stretched. Which service are you going for - if it is Fibre To The Cabinet or Full Fibre, they will need to confirm engineer availability with Openreach, who are themselves rather over committed, but the fact you have received the Hub would suggest it is fairly imminent.
