when receive the hub?

Hi, I ordered the broadband service on last Wednesday 5th of June, and my activation date is 19th, but today 13th I have not received the email for hub dispatch. Just wonder when it normally dispatch from the activation date?

IF the 19th is a confirmed date, your Hub will be despatched either the Friday or Monday prior by Royal Mail 24Tracked.

@yingdi No need if it is tracked delivery, and that is the way it is done.

I would imagine that if sent earlier and the customer cancels then PN are potentially down a Hub hence the later delivery.
