Hi,
Last week I changed my broadband package and entered into another 18 month contract. When going through checkout, I was offered a new Hub Two for the cost of postage (£6.99) and since my current PlusNet router is nearly 6 years old, I thought this would be a good idea. I paid the charge and completed the order, however, I have had no indication/tracking info or even confirmation that the Hub Two is on it's way. Can anyone please help with this?

I'm really sorry to see you've not received your new Hub Two after renewing your contract with us.
From what I can see it looks like the router order is stuck in the system, but I've freed it now.
You should receive it next week. Let me know how it goes.

That’s the Hub Two arrived safe and sound - easy to set up as always and much more substantial/weighty than the Hub One it is replacing. Feels and looks like a premium product. 😀
