Connectivity issue

Hi so since I came across from BT to plusnet.
I have had issues whilst connected to the WiFi
The issues are not being able to receive email and not being able to use google voice both the issues don’t happen if I turn the WiFi off. I’m using a I phone 14pro max with the latest apple software.
All other devices that are connected other phones tv etc are all connected to the WiFi and it works fine.
I have turned this phone off and the router so many times now but still the both issues are still the same.
I can get all other internet on my phone whilst connected to WiFi
Any help would be kindly appreciated many thanks Chris

That sounds as though the phone is not connecting to the WiFi properly. When you switch the WiFi off, the phone then connects via mobile data and all is fine.

Tell the phone to forget your WiFi network and then reconnect it.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
