I was in the Plusnet Hub web interface and saw a message telling me there was a new firmware downloaded, but I cancelled it because I was doing something else.
Now I can't see a way to begin the upgrade. I tried a restart but no cigar. How can I initiate the upgrade ?
I'm currently on:
Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.289.1.3 Last updated 22/11/21
Many thanks,
Phil.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi @pshore
My Hub One is on the same version, as far as I am aware that is latest firmware version.

That is the latest version, and the hub does not notify you when an update is available.
Whatever you saw; it wasn't triggered by the hub 🤔

Thanks for confirming guys. Logs show I the last firmware upgrade was back in November. At least I can stop looking for the upgrade link now.
I definitely saw something in the web interface! It's possible I was in a Canary test.
Thank you.

I can assure you that there has been no attempt to upgrade any Hub Ones beyond the version you are currently running. Should you see it again, try and capture a screenshot.
