Hub One manual

This thread from 2017 was about a full (pdf) manual for the Plusnet Hub One router. Did anyone find one? Or even the actual manufacturer and model number of the hardware? I'm trying to support my elderly mother from a distance of 300 miles, so I can't actually examine the device myself.

Attached is the pdf of the help from the Hub One, what are you looking to view as I can help with that.

http://192.168.1.254 will take you to the Hub's home page, the admin password is found on the card attached.
