I'd like to order a replacement router!

Hi
My internet has become very patchy and has started dropping in and out more and more frequently and becoming increasingly unreliable. I have done the usual tests.

My router is well over 10 years old and I wondered if it would be possible for Plusnet to send me a replacement? It seems to be increasingly hot (!) and I have a feeling the router is causing all of my issues.

@Ah_sprite I doubt Plusnet would send you a new router - although it has been known in the past. If you have been with them for that length of time, have you not negotiated a new contract, or are you paying out-of-contract prices? If you negotiate a new contract, you can request a new Hub for the P&P (£6.99)

It may well be that the router is part of your connection issues, but there are other possible causes.

Hey there @Ah_sprite I can see that it does look patchy but no specific reason for it. We can send you out a new router but like @jab1 said it would be for £6.99. Alternatively, if you pop some photos over of the set up we can have a look to see if there is anything that needs adjusting.
