Plusnet router keeps resetting

This has been going on for a few months now but it's frequency has gotten to the point where I can't carry on as usual anymore.

Everyday, seemingly at random, my PlusNet router resets. The broadband will drop out, the light will go from blue to green. It will then turn blue again. The light then turns orange/orange flashing (something that happens every time I reset it manually), it then finally turns blue again and the WiFi continues as usual. The whole process takes roughly 3-5 minutes.

I'm really not sure what's causing this and the other forum posts I've found on the issue haven't been much help.

Re: Plusnet router keeps resetting

Is it a Hub 1 ?

Does the event log contain messages like ' watchdog reset ....' ?

Your Hub is faulty. You can either call customer services and request a replacement or wait for one of the Plusnet help team staff to spot this thread and arrange it
