Port Forwardin for Tinycam

Tinycam says I should forward onvif (2020) and RTSP (554) ports  to access my cameras remotely but  I'm not sure what the rule in the hub 2 should look like. At least I can't get it to work.

Help ! Thanks

Re: Port Forwardin for Tinycam

I'd have thought it should look something like:

device should obviously be the tinycam

Re: Port Forwardin for Tinycam

When you are creating a new rule the 'x' sign should change to a '+' allowing you to add more lines of ports

Re: Port Forwardin for Tinycam

How are you trying to access it externally ? do you have a static IP or are you using DDNS ?

Re: Port Forwardin for Tinycam

Sorry I've dragged you down the rabbit hole with me. I'll cough up for a static ip and try again. Thank you for your time and help..

Re: Port Forwardin for Tinycam

There's no online way of getting a static IP these days. You need to either wait for a staff member OR try calling customer services and hoping to get someone who knows about static IPs.

Might be simpler and quicker to create a free NOIP account https://www.noip.com/ and configure the Hub 2 DDNS.
