Router Died - Cant connect othet Plusnet Routet

Home from work and zero power to existing fibre router.

Have another plusnet router at my workplace so brought it home as a fix until I can arrange a longer term replacement.

Following the help guides to connect it but getting nowhere.

For the sake of my sanity and mental wellbeing (I have 3 children who need Internet access more than oxygen) can someone please help me get it connected 😬

What old roter, what is the dead one?

Not sure on the model at home but both supplied by plusnet.....

Work router is a sagemcom ....

Update.... work router isn't fibre. Home is.

Won't be able to get it to work.

Is the hub less than 12 months old so still in guarantee?

If not, when did you last take out a new contract? If it was recently or you are getting near the end of one try ringing the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and ask if there's a way such as starting a new contract that will enable them to send you a new one for the P&P charge.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see your router had stopped working.

From what I can see you've since rang us and we're sending you a new router. 

Can you let me know if you're still having issues once you've got it? 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
