We are delighted to announce some fantastic new additions to our trophy cabinet, with recent wins in three separate customer and industry awards. At Cable.co.uk’s inaugural Broadband Awards, we scooped not just one, but five awards, four of which were voted for by the public. 
With high scores in all categories, we nabbed the top award of Best Broadband Provider – a fantastic achievement in our competitive industry – and we also won Best Customer Service, Best Reliability and Best Value. Not only that, but Cable.co.uk’s panel of industry experts voted us Best for Inclusive Calls too! But wait, there’s more! We’ve also scooped two awards at the Moneywise Home Finance Awards. These awards aim to find the best home finance and household service providers, and were voted for by almost 14,000 Moneywise readers. 
Plusnet won the Most Recommended Broadband Provider award for the second year running, with 90% of our customers willing to recommend us to their friends and family. In addition to this, our reliability, great customer service and strong offers mean that we also won the Best Value for Money award, again for the second year running. We achieved a highly commended in the Fastest Broadband award category too, only narrowly missing out on the top spot! But wait, there’s more! Another fantastic achievement comes thanks to the readers of PC Pro, who voted us highly commended in the Broadband Provider category of their Tech Excellence Awards. We achieved some fantastic scores across the board: 81% positive on customer support, 83% on reliability, 83% on value for money and 74% on speed, giving us an overall score of 82%. These awards are testament to the quality of our customer service and fantastic achievements all-round.
