Glad to hear you're liking the automated message (despite the rubbish circumstances for hearing it)
Something we're certainly looking to utilise more and not just in situations such as a service drop.

After a bit of chasing I've managed to speak to a couple of different people who'll be chasing this up for me tomorrow so I'll post back here as soon as I have something substantial to share on the number. This should certainly now be in use and operational so something hasn't happened along the line. Pretty sure it should be a quick fix regardless of the reason so I would expect it to be functional the next time it's required.
