100+ hours and still no ticket reponse

Is that justifiable?
Plus - 3 weeks with barely an acceptable connection and an IP profile down to 135k. I've even bought a new router. WIll Plusnet ever escalate this issue to BT?
Are Plusnet deliberately trying to lose customers? So many questions.
Ticket 30621246 for anyone from plusnet browsing these fora..

Re: 100+ hours and still no ticket reponse

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your ticket and this thread.
I've checked the ticket and it looks like one of the faults team has picked it up and sent it through to BT for further investigation.
That's because your current sync speed, 288, is lower than the FTR (Fault Threshold Rate) on your line, this is 691. So basically if your connection syncs below that, it's a fault.

Thanks for the update, Chris. My router remains plugged into the master. I look forward to this progressing.
