Hi,
Just wanted to post and say I'm a very happy chappy
Had my Plusnet fibre extra installed today and not only did the BT engineer call and come early but he was a very nice bloke and installed everything quickly.
Ran a few speed tests and although i understand things can go up and down but I'm happy to report I'm seeing the speed i was estimated (While on wired connection) and good speed while connected wirelessly.
Is there anything i need to do from my end to ensure i keep seeing a good speed?
So anyway thanks Plusnet
James

Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to post this.
Glad the install went smoothly and everything is up and running.
If your speeds are at an acceptable rate the best way to keep it at this is to not change your setup, also making sure your anti-virus is up-to-date will help keep your computer performing quick.
If you've got any other questions please ask.
Chris
