When I call from a landline, home, or in another town, work the answering system says 'press one for residential....' I press one and it goes back to repeating the message 'press ne...' So I can never get through from the landlines in my area. Plusnet says it's the phone line ( from 2 different landlines??!!) BT says its plusnet. So I've gone around in circles with no one able to help. If I call from my mobile the signal is so bad I can be holding on for 15 minutes and the signal drops out. It's not very good for my blood pressure!! Can ANYONE sort it?

Have you tried the "Live Chat".... https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/
click on the necessary logo`s... and then " My question isn`t listed" and Live Chat should be an option
If it says "Live chat is not available, please try later" ... you need to check you adblocker and make "LivePerson" active

@ Mav.... which is not very helpful to someone with a post count of 1 ...
Also, if that is the case... then why hasn`t it been sorted by now?
Come On PlusNet..... " Do Us Proud"... and fix these niggling little annoying problems......
get some customer satisfaction by fixing problems, not ignoring them....

Yes I've done live chat. I did it again to tell them about the problem and it should really be called live and slow chat.
