...but the download speed wasn't really the issue - the upload speed is. Sorry if that was unclear from my previous posts (didn't think it was, but I guess you people are likely very busy).

First I got this:

Then I tried again, and at the end after finally getting to enter my little text requesting the upload to be uncapped I got this:
Quote Error
Sorry, An error occured whilst processing your request.
The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later.
Now I can't tell from the "view your question" page whether the actual request after running through all those (in this case irrelevant) questions actually got through.... It's just a row of standard replies with no mention of the request itself.

This is the email I got:

Before I added my request to uncap the upload speed in the fault tracker, as you suggested, the download speed was close to 11 Mbps for a whole day, working perfectly fine that way.
A short time thereafter it dropped again to the initial speed that I got immediately after setting up the router.
Not only was my request not looked at, but I've had a decrease in download speed instead. Not happy!

The new bill on the "My Bills" page doesn't seem to take that into account at all. It's the full amount.
