Broadband Fault Checker - Still waiting for responce after 72 hours

Just checking as I don't remember it being this long the last few times I have used fault checker to get the first response from someone after submitting a issue. I've noticed that some people here are mentioning staff shortage though so I can understand the hold up in the queue to get a response. Curiosity ya know?
Kinda had no idea where to put this type of topic in the list of the forums & sub-forums so I just made it in the most logical place.

If you add information to the fault ticket it resets the clock and you go to the back of the queue.
