Broadband Usage Link Removed?

Am I imagining it, or has the link to My Broadband Usage been removed from the Member Centre and replaced with "Upgrade Account"?
If so, I'm not impressed as that's the main thing I use the Member Centre for, and you've just made it more difficult. I think the poll you ran a few months ago also suggested that was the primary use of the Member Centre.

Re: Broadband Usage Link Removed?

You could always just bookmark it directly - http://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/ too...
I'm not sure why it was removed, but I'll ask around on Monday and see if anyone knows.

I always use  this link http://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myconnection

How come you have an interleaving icon?

It always seems to be removed from the "Welcome to your Member Centre" page after about a month on a new account and replaced with "Upgrade Account".
Certainly my experience with my own account and those of all my referrals.

Re: Broadband Usage Link Removed?

This was raised on 16/10/08 in Rants and Raves, and one of the Plusnet staff said -
"You're not the first to mention this.  This has been flagged to the design team.  We know that VMBU is a link everyone needs to have handy."

Is it still with the design team?

Re: Broadband Usage Link Removed?

Have spoken to the designers and we were planning on adding a link to it in the Sitemap at the bottom of every page... unfortunately, there's a code freeze from tomorrow, so it's unlikely this will go out this side of January Sad
