Advice to those staying with this outfit. Check you bills carefully. Having waited months for a rebate after being charged for an 0845 number, I now find that Iam being charged for calls to the adjoing exchange. Why have an "all inclusive" account if local calls are still being charged

what type of call package are you on and what do you mean by an adjoining exchange and when did you do it
I am on a Legacy package 240 which is 240 mins 24/7, but only get 0870 free, have to pay for 0845 (except to PN)

I can see that some local calls are incorrectly showing as charged on your itemised bill, though we haven't yet billed for those calls. We've now got a problem raised (ID 65169), I'll make sure to keep you updated.
