As i'm obviously a bit of a novice at this stuff, are my errors a bit high?  And should my sn have gone down more?

Re: Curiosity about speeds

Hi sixthprawn,
Your line is still interleaved (well it's set to auto, which means it will almost certainly be on). I'd definitely not recommend turning it off with your line as it is though. With regard to the ticket, I've credited off the broadband portion of next month's subscription for you.
Hope that helps,

Re: Curiosity about speeds

Hi sixthprawn,
I'm wondering whether the attenuation we're seeing is correct. If it was, then things look about right. If not then we could get more. Can you tell me how your kit is set up, what router you're using etc.

Re: Curiosity about speeds

When you say the main socket, do you mean the test socket? If so, are you able to try a different filter and different router?

Re: Curiosity about speeds

I have tried both the main and test, and various routers.
