Didn't have the best of experiences joining Plusnet but...

I didn't have a great experience joining Plusnet, things went wrong due to human error but I'm not here to go on about that.  I'd like to praise a staff member by the forum name MattyC who has acted most professionally, been very upfront and incredibly helpful.  At a time when I was seriously doubting my decision to join Plusnet, MattyC stepped in to help make things better.

If there is a staff recognition scheme, MattyC should be put forward for this.

Must admit MattyC is one of the best here   

ps the others are Good too ,, maybe they could make better management than the present pile of poooooooooooooooooo
