If you read the usual DD Guarantee it says "usually 10 days notice"
That is to give the customer time to check the amount and for it to be amended if need be, but Pnet advise only 3 days and then it is too late for it to be changed. It is Pnet's dreadful system that does not care a jot about customers and forces us into cancelling DD's because y u cannot behave like a decent company.
