The good news is the orders now in the right state so I can expedite it.
I'm trying to get it done for tomorrow so I should have a confirmation shortly.
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Hi Matthew,
By done do you mean a date for it to go live or it will be possibly live tomorrow?.
Before reading your reply I was on the phone to PN. The rep who answered told me that he has a date showing on his system of the 22nd of July?.

The date for the 22nd was the standard one.
I've had confirmation the expedite has been accepted and a engineer should be going to the cabinet tomorrow afternoon.
Have you received the Openreach modem?
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Just got back in from work.
Yes the router has arrived (unopened yet). Will it not be the same as my previous?.
Also, can the bt engineer have a note to drop in a vdsl2 faceplate?.
I will install it but do not fancy paying 15-16 quid for one

No it'll be the Openreach modem which you need to connect the router to.

The engineer will be working at the cabinet and won't visit the property I'm afraid so we wouldn't be able to request that.
